Host

As the “face” of our business, we look for individuals who take particular care to meet the needs of our guests. We are in need of reliable and timely individuals who are organized and can maintain focus under stressful situations. Multi-tasking is a must!

Servers and Bartenders

No other position in the world can be classified as a business within a business. Our customers are your customers, and you as the server, have the ability to make or break the guest experience.

Individuals must have a “tips” certification, or be willing to get one in a timely manner.

At least 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred and must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol.

Busser & Runners

“A restaurant is only as strong as its weakest busser” the backbone of any establishment. This individual allows servers to work efficiently and be more present at their tables to focus on the guests needs.

This is an entry level position, no experience is required.

Banquet Servers, Bartenders & Captains*

Banquets are a large part of what we do here as a business. As such, we look for individuals who have flexible schedules, and understand the fundamentals of customer service.

As a preface these positions are subject to a variety of responsibilities and hours.

*To qualify for captain at least 2 years of banquet experience are required.
